We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced Senior People Partner to help us further improve on our People strategy and play a crucial role in laying down a solid foundation for sustainable growth. You are used to work in dynamic, fast-growing and technical environments because that is where you know you will make the impact. 

The role:

As Senior People Partner you will partner with our business leaders, building successful, engaged and talented teams that are able to deliver on the ambitious functional business goals. You support and coach managers, you navigate and resolve employee relations issues and assist in implementing global People policies/programs. You are a trusted advisor to how we staff, onboard, develop, inspire, retain and organize employees. Making you first line support for managers in a broad range of People topics.

You will be based at our Headquarters in Amsterdam and you will mainly support the Technology department in the Netherlands and Spain. You will report directly to the VPPeople and work closely with the global People team.

What are you going to do?

  • Partner with business leaders as a dedicated HR business partner by providing leadership and management support on all employee related issues: organizational design, performance management, engagement, absence management, talent development, employee relations, etc.

  • Support our business leaders in building realistic growth plans and you actively translate these growth plans into effective hiring plans.

  • Implement Performance Management strategies in the organization you are supporting.

  • Drive data-informed decisions and support in calibrating and rewarding high performance.

  • Evolve Fourthlines organizational effectiveness by initiating and implementing global people programs.

  • Partner with the other People functions (Including, Recruitment and Reward & People Operations), to contribute towards our people strategy and projects, and to ensure a best in class experience through the different stages of the employee lifecycle.

Job requirements

  • You have multiple years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, supporting alle levels of the organization including executive leadership. ;

  • You have experience in working in an international fast-growing digital environment

  • You are a strategic thinker and data-driven

  • You are an experienced advisor or business partner to senior leaders in a dynamic, commercial; international and fast-moving and changing company;

  • You are a self-starter with the drive to deliver exceptional results with an ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage activities in an international organization;

  • You have a demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment while remaining positive and focused;

  • You are collaborative in nature and possess finely tuned communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills;

  • You are fluent in English, written and verbal
