Recruitment Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator that will play a key role in helping us achieve our hiring ambitions and guides candidates through our interview process. You will play a key role in our Talent Acquisition Team, which has the responsibility to initiate Fourthline’s growth by attracting, selecting and hiring the best fitting talent.


Your role

  • Support hiring teams with scheduling cross department interviews
  • Keep track of our ATS hygiene
  • Support Head of Talent Acquisition in interpreting data and setting up reports
  • Send out and follow up on Talent Acquisition Surveys
  • Deal with employment contracts
  • Support candidates travel arrangements
  • Act as point of contact for candidates and ensure a high level of candidate experience

Job requirements

What you bring in experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in similar role
  • At least a bachelor’s degree – or a good reason why you do not have one.
  • A drive to be successful. You know things are not perfect, but let us make them perfect.
  • A keen eye for Data, details and reporting! #datadrivenrecruitment
