About the role

Our company is 100% product driven. Our marketing should be highly reflective of our product, while also capturing the imagination our audience. That’s why product marketing is a key component of our overall marketing strategy.

As our first product marketing manager you’ll turn what the product team is working on into exciting, interesting marketing moments. You’ll unpack new product features into stories that resonate with our audience. You'll own translating complex technical products into simple, easy to understand frameworks and messaging.

You’ll be embedded in the product team and work in close collaboration with our Product Owners, to learn everything there is to know to everything related to our product suite. You’ll decide on go-to-market strategies for new features and organize full-blown product launches. You’ll have the full support of a team of copy writers, designers and campaign managers at your disposal to ensure your success.


Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in market problems, buyer pains, Fourthline’s solution by spending a lot of time with our product team and our customers.
  • Product positioning. Conduct market and competitive research to position our product in the competitive landscape.
  • Create product narratives. People learn and remember through stories. You’ll turn our product and features into compelling stories that resonate with our audience.
  • Product launches. Work in close collaboration with the product team to understand upcoming features, releases and products and create a go-to-market and launch strategies
  • Sales enablement. Co-create product pages, sales decks, one pagers and other collateral that is highly reflective of our products and their positioning

What you’ll bring to the table

  • 4-5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in B2B product marketing or product management. Previous experience in financial services or SaaS is a plus*
  • Strategic thinking, being able to balance long-term goals with short-term deliverables
  • A focus on market-driven, data-driven and customer-centric decision making
  • Proven experience in managing and executing multiple projects with multiple key stakeholders across teams
  • A self-starting attitude with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
