You will build and create on our current and new policies for us to work at full speed and clarity. We are growing, and we are growing fast. Your mission:
You are the hero of all our People operation processes. You will work independently to ensure smooth policies and managing procedures to give the best employee’s experience from onboarding to offboarding. You are involved in the complete employee life cycle within Fourthline!
You are going to provide vital contributions in bringing topics, tasks, projects, improvements in our People team. The goal is to create a sustainable environment for future growth with one main challenge: finding the middle ground between scalable procedures and policies and the best employee experience. Responsibilities:

  • You will take responsibility for the entire People Operations side for all our Fourthliners. You will lead all administrative touchpoints throughout the employee journey and take full ownership of managing and improving the full people Operations procedures
  • You are the first go-to person. You will answer to all employee’s questions in a clear and easy manner, and you will be our guru for local legislation, sick cases, salary administration etc…
  • Mastering the administrative touchpoints. You will co-create all employment-related documents, ensuring correct (and complete) salary administration, reports and keeping all personnel systems up to date
  • Bringing a fresh point of view. You will be empowered to improve our current procedures and policies by keeping in mind the human factor. Support and work on People Team projects (onboarding, engagement, people policies, culture, mobility programs) together with Paul, Rocco, Mariana and Malou
  • You will coordinate with external parties as you are the first point of contact with Arbo services, UWV, Tax Authorities and more!
  • Soon we will also add an intern to the people operations team that you can guide and coach in the daily work (how cool is that?)
  • Be a reference point for questions from our leadership. They might need your help with getting some clarification on new policies and you communicate with them on timelines, impact and how your work will add to the efficiency in their lives.

Job requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in owning and executing the full employee-cycle from start to finish, ideally in a fast-pace scaleup/startup!
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or related field
  • You know your way around Dutch labor/social laws and applicable, 30% ruling, visa applications
  • Experience in advising on employees matters
  • You possess Project management skills and a keen eye for details
  • You are Data-driven with a can-do (positive!) mentality
  • You live in/around Amsterdam area
  • Language skills: English and (preferably) Dutch!
  • Spanish language is a plus: we have also an office in Barcelona :)
