Your role

As our first Customer Success Manager you will be setting up internal processes and ways of working while supporting our customers from a more commercial and product focused angle. We work with demanding Enterprise customers in a complex and highly regulated space (RegTech / FinTech) and you are end responsible for customer satisfaction. Maintaining strong internal relations is a key to achieve your goals externally as well. You will have a huge contribution to us & the world knowing we’re fighting financial crime together! 

Bring it on, we have plenty of challenges waiting for you here, like:

  • Full accountability for the customer’s overall success with Fourthline. This includes setting up a mature CSM function in our company, with focus on customer conversion, -expansion, customer health, and -satisfaction
  • You’ll maintain regular and appropriate communication and governance, with both internal and external executive teams to ensure alignment and transparency 
  • You will develop individual success plans to ensure Fourthline adoption, expansion and advocacy for each of your customers
  • You will prepare and own the Quarterly Business Reviews with our customers where you'll be talking about strategy and cooperation
  • You will work with our product team to surface customer requests and help translate customer feedback into product requirements
  • Working with many of your friends in Sales, Implementations and Customer Operations at Fourthline
  • You will pitch new product (and potentially co-dev) opportunities with your relations and try to Up- & cross sell where possible
  • You love & live data and bring actionable conclusions to us and our customers
  • Setting up structured processes to achieve the above is something we count on you for!

Job requirements

  • You have +4 years of experience in a – similar - customer focused, account management type of role in the Banking/Financial Services or Technology space
  • A proven track record of successfully managing long-term account relationships at all organizational levels (C level, IT, Operational, compliance & risk)
  • You have recent experience in a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and services company across Europe or even wider spread
  • You bring a consistent track record of achieved targets and goals, preferably in an commercial account management / CSM setting
  • Slide decks… solid & slick slide decks. Don’t underestimate their power in this role 😉
  • Excellent communicator personality with cultural sensitivity
  • A drive to be successful. As we’re at the beginning of the CSM function, we need to build it from scratch and that means pro activity, grid and persistence.

NOTE: For this role we can only consider people that are EU based + EU citizen and/or already have a working permit in place to work in the Netherlands. We have some limited support options on relocation for this position available.
