We have grown >100% in the last quarter alone and work with companies like N26, KPN, flatex-DEGIRO, Vivid, Trade Republic, Nationale Nederlanden,, Solarisbank,, and many more! With ~200 Fourthliners today, we are on a mission to fight financial crime! Since the launch of our KYC solutions three years ago, we have run millions and millions of verifications. In the past twelve months, we have signed contracts with Europe’s most respected (neo)banks, online brokers and fintechs. 

Your role

As a BDR at Fourthline, you will drive the future growth of Fourthline by working with our sales team to build our sales pipeline together. You are excited to prospect our potential customers and are capable of independently identifying the best clients for Fourthline. You are capable in identifying high value opportunities and manage the start of our sales funnel activities. You excel in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding combined with technical knowledge since the market we operate in is complex and innovative. You enjoy building meaningful impact - you like to actively participate in the development of the sales process, the articulation of our value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets. 

We work data driven, with an analytical approach to our outbound sales. We are looking for someone that is confident in both prospecting to customers and helping design our future sales strategy at the same time. Fourthline is a fast-growing fintech scale-up; we relish the opportunity to work with you and teach you the tricks of the trade at the same time!

In short

  • Identify high-potential businesses and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Fourthline
  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to qualified calls
  • Launch and test new outbound lead generation channels and determine how best to scale them
  • Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for scaled and bespoke interactions with prospects
  • Tag along with our Account Executives for some later stage sales experience!
  • Grow into a next role as Account Associate or Account Executive

Job requirements

We want to talk if you have/are

  • 0-2 year of sales experience. If you had a (sales) internship at a technology company, it will also prove helpful.  
  • Ability to understand the relationship between tech – sales – and solution driven thinking. We need you to build great relationships with our prospects and talk API connections and integrations!
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English skills, an additional language (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) is a huge plus!
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambitious and fast-paced environment
  • Drive and determination! Success will not be easy and at times you might feel lost. Feel lost, but also pick yourself together and continue the journey. Sales is going from valley to the top of the mountain
  • Strong interest in technology. Our product is complex and has many layers. Our clients are looking for a partner that they can trust
  • You already live in Amsterdam (or around).
